Videos published on TikTok and YouTube Shorts are eligible.

Any account size works — including a brand-new account.

You can submit a video for payout once it reaches 10,000 views.

Video length: 10 to 300 seconds.

A video is accepted if it was published no more than 7 calendar days ago. From day 8 on, submissions are not reviewed.

Each video is paid once. You can't resubmit it after it gains more views.

Only videos for a Russian-speaking audience are accepted.

If a video's stats look suspicious, the participant may be removed. The moderator may adjust the payout based on the video's actual stats.

“Tag a friend”, “search for this”, “send it to a friend” and other engagement-bait formats are not accepted.

The author keeps the comments clean and removes spam: ads, bait to visit other profiles and the like. If such comments are found, the payout is reduced by 20%; if there are many, the payout is refused.

Tip: turn on the automatic comment filter in the platform settings.

The administration may blacklist a participant for breaking the rules or inappropriate behaviour.

The video looks clean, is ready to publish and doesn't hurt FGN VPN's reputation.

Decent quality: no heavy pixelation, unreadable text, cuts, third-party watermarks or other defects. Unpolished videos are not paid.

Voice-over is required. The voice must be clearly audible.

Don't mention, advertise or show other projects — including their watermarks.

Political content is not paid: campaigning, propaganda, support or criticism of politicians, parties, government decisions, military conflicts and other political topics.

Insults, 18+ content, shock content and anything that breaks platform rules are prohibited.

Third-party content is allowed only after substantial reworking. Plain reuploads without editing or your own take are not accepted.

Chroma key must be fully removed. If the background is still visible, the video is rejected.

The hashtag #fgn is required in the video description.

The animated FGN VPN banner goes in the middle of the video.

The banner covers at least 25% of the screen and sits exactly in the centre.

The number of banners depends on video length:

• up to 2:00 — one banner exactly in the middle;
• 2:00 to 3:00 — three banners: at 0:30, 1:30 and 2:30;
• beyond that — one more banner for every 60 seconds.

If the banner is placed wrong, covers less than 25% of the screen or its voice-over is hard to hear, the video is not accepted.

The banner may be sped up by at most 1.2×.

Buying views, likes or followers. If detected, the payout is cancelled.

Promoting the video via TikTok Promote or other paid tools.

Submitting the same video twice — including from another account or another platform.

Hiding the video before moderation and payout are complete — it must stay public.

Placing ads or links to third-party projects — in the video or in the profile bio.

Removing the link to the FGN VPN bot — @fgnconnect_bot — from your profile bio. It is required.

Advertising your own referral link.

Screen recordings must be made on a phone only.

The recording shows the full path: the account, the payout bot, the video itself, the banner and the full stats.

If the recording is cut or the stats are incomplete, the submission may be rejected.

The administration may ask for additional proof.

Submissions and balance withdrawals are reviewed within 7 days.

Moderation makes the decision. Breaking the rules may lead to a refused payout.

Please be polite and respectful with support.

Payout is calculated by the nearest lower view tier. The tier step grows with views:

• up to 50,000 — step of 5,000;
• up to 100,000 — step of 25,000;
• up to 1,000,000 — step of 100,000;
• from 1,000,000 — step of 500,000.

For example, 33,000 views are paid as 30,000.

There is a daily submission limit. Submissions over the limit may move to the next day.

After moderation the video can't be hidden, deleted or edited — otherwise access to payouts is blocked.

Rejected videos are not reviewed again.

If a video is split into parts, the payout is reduced in proportion to the share of repeat views.

The rules may be updated. New terms apply only to videos submitted after the update.
